The units at the resort were always clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and appeared to have been recently replaced. The resort had great amenities such as a pool, playground, and mini golf course. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from the main strip and close to shopping. It was also a nice, quiet location away from the busier areas.
There were a couple of issues during our stay. One was a miscommunication regarding free tickets to a show, which ended up not being available to us as guests.

The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. The design of the rooms, and the location of the resort are exceptional.
1. The check in time. It would be nice to be able to check in a 2 P.M. 2. The chairs around the dining table were very soiled and we had to call the concierge desk and ask that they be replaced. Also, the fan on the patio did not work.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom. We liked the size and how clean everything was. The kids loved the whirlpool tub.

The hotel location is great, close enough to all entertainment venues but still far enough from the busy areas. You'll be in the perfect spot, near everything, in a tournament at the ball field of America, and you can enjoy the resort pools. the rooms are a great value, huge, well-appointed, and very clean. the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are spacious, and the jetted hot tub in the bedroom is a bonus. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff is amazing.
The gym was terrible, small, and cramped.

The room was on the same level as parking lot.
We expected a 1 bedroom suite with a separate bedroom, and ended up with one room (similar to a hotel room). There was no balcony and two of the appliances in the room did not work properly.

Had a great Thanksgiving week at this resort! The staff were really accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even better. We appreciated the complementary coffee packs and the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook a nice Thanksgiving dinner. The pools and hot tub were lovely and relaxing after a day of touring around the area. The location was also perfect, close to all the sights we wanted to see.
The only downside was the tiny shower! If you're over six feet tall, you might find it a bit cramped.

The pool and hot tub facilities were nice. The miniature golf area and playground offered a nice, free family activity. The kids activities were nice. The size and layout of the rooms were family friendly.
The floors were not very sound proof. We kept getting complaints that our children were too loud from the neighbors below us, even though they were merely walking around the unit. Kids move around a lot, we could not get them to tip toe all the time. The complaints occurred during the day and evening.

The room was very nice - especially for the price. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with all the dishes and utensils needed. There was even a washer and dryer (but we did not need to use them for the short time we were there.)

I liked the fact that it was a home away from home. I was able to enjoy time with my mate and make it as fun and as romantic as I wanted. They offered activities that were free such as miniature golf, billards, indoor pool, and we were able to play basketball and then we set in the clubhouse and watched tv. We had a jacuzzi in our room and that was awesome. It was so worth my money. I have stayed before with my family and my children loved it. I have intenetion on staying here again and again.

The location of the resort is great, as it is near everything Branson has to offer. It is conveniently located close to all of the great events and activities in the area. Additionally, the resort is far enough from busy areas, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room at the resort was spacious and clean, with a nice screened balcony. The bathroom was huge, with separate sinks and a jetted tub. The staff at the resort were very pleasant and accommodating, addressing any issues quickly and efficiently.
The checkout time of 10AM seemed a bit early, especially considering that the next guest was arriving at noon. This put unnecessary pressure on guests to vacate the room quickly.

There was a very unusual odor in the smaller of the two rooms, I think it was 1523 a or B. It remained during our entire visit. I found it very obnoxious

I had an amazing time at The Falls Village, An Ascend Resort in Branson! The resort provided a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities for my family to enjoy. We loved how family-friendly it was! The room we stayed in was the perfect size for the two of us, and it wassuper clean and cozy. The resort also had a mini-golf course and a basketball court, which added to the fun. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the screened-in porch in our room. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful vacation experience.
